Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

16 cross country miles on snow covered ground. Light snow falling as I ran. Saw two groups of three deer, and a black fox. I've never seen one of them before.

Crisp cold, icy but lovely, stuck mainly to grass and managed to stay upright :-)

Really nice - 7 miles over crispy fresh snow in Swinley Forest, dogs at my side, took some great pics. Wussed out and wore leggings though!

Very cautious. The snow is all compacted and icy, and the pavements and roads seem to be black ice and little else. Took it very easy.

Fabulous - a short easy one with V'rap on very icy pavements.
Roclite 295's are EXCELLENT in these conditions. The 'performance' outsole makes a huge difference :)
