The Cardington Cracker lived up to it's name and was absolutely cracking. Suffered badly on the climbs and had a bit of mental fun on the descents. Conditions were just right, bit soft underfoot, clear blue sky, due to the elevation you could see much of the course as you went round, still a really hard race. Loved it

Guy's 10 miler was excellent - and well supported by Fetchies A couple of deep puddles but otherwise great conditions, well organised and marshalled (if a bit tight at the start). It was a really nice hour and a bit of running about!
.... lovely smell of muck spreading though at one point - eurghh

Lovely 6 miles along the farm tracks and disused railway line round here. Slept through the rain, so it was sunny when I went out.
Plenty of water features to splash through too

Hated every second of it. 14.13 miles. Rubbish time as well which wasn't helped by the THREE cars that stopped me to ask if I knew where Millbrook Proving Ground was. No, now bugger off and stop screwing up my time!
The last mile home was more of a stagger than a run to be fair!
