Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Last night's run didn't happen - Was just putting on my shoes when Mrs D returned with two tired and dirty children demanding they be removed directly from the car to the bath and then bed. After that it was a late meal accompanied by wine and run went by the wayside.

My run last night was horrible, I ran home from work and could feel the contents of my lunch jiggling around thought I was going to be sick. I managed to get about 3 miles without stopping then walked for a couple of minutes and it seemed to then pass. I suppose everyone has bad days though.

Rubbish!
Should have known from start as fly flew into my eye, then somehow ran into a branch which poked me in the eye, then had to have toilet stop then my leg just went...felt like it had gone dead and couldn't run on it, but then after a couple of mins, managed to jog a bit, then happened again, then managed to jog last mile back. Still feel it a bit behind my knee - hope not injured!!!

Off road shoes OldBiddy :-)

Just had a very pleasant run in the rain with Heidi. Five miles at 9:22 pace @ 130BPM. Nice and easy, feel loads better now! :-)
