Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

fantastic 10k x-country race through sutton coldfield park in the sunshine. Used as a tempo run before birmingham half next sunday. Flat roads will seem a breeze after that!

A lovely off-road 10-miler in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. Last biggish one before Amsterdam.

Cheering. A 10k PB and by my watch I ducked under 50 minutes for the first time (pending official confirmation) so I'm pleased to bit with that. Now all I've got to do is make sure that it's out of my legs before the Half next week.

I've just had a lovely long run with Mr Ness, 13 miles in 2 hours and 5 mins. Really looking forward to Brum. Just off to buy some blister plasters cos my blistered foot is still quite bad!

Many thanks BB. Apart from the odd period here and there should be fairly stable for at least two years.
