Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Snatched five miles DOING running, leaving behind a room full of people TALKING about running :)

(They were talking about running stuff that's far too technical and difficult for my little reptilian brain.)

Did 22 miles this morning in 2:50:46 not happy as 8 mins slower than last Saturday.

This week the runs have started to become a struggle and my left glute is getting tighter than a camels foreskin in a sandstorm. Had too walk today for short intervals ..... which never impresses me.

Being a marathon virgin , is this just the norm for a money miles month ??? 198 miles for march and 535 for the year so far , so is this just a case of a lot of miles or I peaked too early
