Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Very varied trip back from Sheringham to Norwich. Pretty certain it's first time I've started a training run in the morning and finished in the dark !!

Round warwickshire golf club trail - lovely run which was spoilt by the washed away bridge - didn't fancy jumping into 3 feet of muddy water so went back the way i came. But I did enjoy my run today.

15 miles Golitha loop, perfect conditions, overcast cool, hint of sunshine, no other cars or runners, in my fastest time to date.

Yes Greg, actually via Cromer 38.43 miles all told.

Just 2.57 miles this morning. As near as I'll get to rest day during Decemberthon.

A hilly 11.4 miles through countryside. The first big hill into the wind hurt right up to the sprint finish! But mile 6 was my 1000th this year :-)

24 miles around the outskirts of bradford.

I was going great until i got my foot run over by a car at mile 22. Luckily nothing too serious but i may loose my toe nail again. Its a bit painful at the moment.
