Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Gentle 16.08 mile run for me. Didn't get home until nearly 12:30am from work after a 11 hour shift and was out the door before 5:30am. Legs a bit heavy and it was far warmer than it has been recently (said 13C last night at midnight on a thermometer) so didn't do the full 20 miles. Still, just over 41.5 miles for the week which is OK.

Indeed Ian and I'm spoilt for choice given where I live - though there is the risk of me getting lost on some of the tracks - almost did so today - and almost knocked over by some psycho mountain bikers.
The enjoyment is the main thing imho Ian - that is why I wanted to have a go at trail/fell running

a mix of trails, grassland and beach by the Mersey estuary - damp, grey & still but, even so, plenty to enjoy - and a couple of deranged mutts to pacify. i don't even bother pursuing the issue these days.
