I ran with a few guys from the club,over Cannock Chase..a large wood ..we ran for 1hr 45..so prob between 10 & 12 miles..really great run...first run since Race the Train last weekend !!

Had a bril run yesterday. other half and i went up the pentlands for about 7 - 8 miles. me running and she on the horse. first time we've done that and it was great. they're faster uphill but i'm quicker on narrow or poor tracks. I should tell Hanneke about it really. she's the horsiest fetchie isn't she? Happy bank holiday fetchies!!

A very hard 18 today. Stupid route all hills. Just not up to it today. Had a good day in London yesterday at the Olympic party thing, at least I have enjoyed something this weekend :-(

Did a 15 mile LSR 2h32m, nice and steady, had to call home at 11miles for a toilet stop, all in all very good run.
