Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

F*cking ace!!!!!

In from work, jumped off the bike, dumped the rucksack and went off for a 5 miler...actually I went off for a 1 miler as I've not run at all recently.....something happened and my running head came back.

I'm a bit bouncy about it

Laxton 10K - wet and slippy

Decent solid 10K - started good, slowed down as each mile passed (I think this is due to the fact that I have reduced my long runs over the last few weeks to focus on speed...I'll bring more long and tempo runs back into my training schedule and reduce my intervals to once a week).

Awake at 4:44 after a nightmare and after doing 2 loads of washing decided to go out and do some hillwork. It was work, it wasn't very structured, but I did run up and down hills....then cycled the 10k to work.

Feeling good.

18 miles, with a slight loss of water after 3 miles. Managed 7:33 average.
