Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Very nice...a 'speedy' 9.5 miler around the Isle of Dogs.

Then a much slower cheeky 3 miler as part of the commute home

Went for a 10k tonight. Was supposed to be a recovery run but I felt great so farted around with different paces to see what one I feel comfortable in. 8.30-9 min miles felr verrrrrry comfy. Nice sunset, I wanted to run forever but had to stop just to be sensible. This was after gym sesh including 35 mins on eliptical X Trainer.

I really didn;t want to stop running and felt really strong. Easily my most enjoyable training run since Feb.

Great...1K pre-interval warm-up, 3 x 1 mile with 90 seconds recovery between sets, 1K post-interval cool-down and then 25 minutes of stretching. :-)
