Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Pants...Pants...Pants...

Was going to go for a LSR on the treadmill but just didn't feel right...my left hip was all stiff and sore so I cut short after 3.5 miles and did some weights and stretching instead.

Fantastic run this afternoon..clear blue skies a golden carpet of leaves on a forest floor and total and utter silence.

I even stopped and paused going over the styles to listen to it....its been a long long time since i heard that sound :-) :-)

First go at interval training tonight with local running club and thier coach. Introduction to intervals, and an insight into how to run properly, good stretches, etc. 100meter reps this week, 1500 meter ones next week. So short as we are all racing on Sunday LoL. Funnily enough really enjoyed it, but forgot to set garmin for overall distance :-(

Very, very wet. Started out in light drizzle, arrived home to torrential downpour and an apology from the wife. I ran home from work because she needed the car to get her passport changed into my surname.

Still, it got my shoes clean from the mudfest that was Cleethorpes on Sunday.

OK. I've had a virus this week but I thought I'd better get my legs warmed up a bit before my maiden 10k "race" on Sunday, so I ran a couple of easy miles.

Both were "just enough" runs.
