Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Nice run today except for the 5 min wait half way round as a load of cows got moved back into their field following milking :-)

Must remember next time to go out slightly earlier or later!

9.37 miles anti-clockwise round RP this morning in the beautiful sunshine after 7.78 miles cross country mob match for my club yesterday afternoon through the middle of the park (including a big old hill twice). Legs are now a little tired but it's a rest day tomorrow :) Saw lots of lovely Fetchies this morning and lots of people from my clubs, so it's all good.

Brilliant 23 mile run mostly along the canal. Absolutely beautiful weather and had no niggles or problems at all, so am all happy and now sitting waiting to watch paula, hopefully, win the NYM :)
