Nice run today except for the 5 min wait half way round as a load of cows got moved back into their field following milking
Must remember next time to go out slightly earlier or later!

9.37 miles anti-clockwise round RP this morning in the beautiful sunshine after 7.78 miles cross country mob match for my club yesterday afternoon through the middle of the park (including a big old hill twice). Legs are now a little tired but it's a rest day tomorrow Saw lots of lovely Fetchies this morning and lots of people from my clubs, so it's all good.

Brilliant 23 mile run mostly along the canal. Absolutely beautiful weather and had no niggles or problems at all, so am all happy and now sitting waiting to watch paula, hopefully, win the NYM
