Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Great done the Armagh 10 mile race on 65.31, i'm over the moon.

Mokina, take it easy with Venice coming up even if you need to take a couple of days off you 'have' done the miles and the rest will do you the world of good.

Good and bad, I lost 1824 betting credits for myself and others :( I set a new pw even slower than my marathon pw !! I felt very comfortable all the way but my legs very too tight to stride out enough to hit the sort of pace I was aiming at, however today's total milage of 16 does take me to the top of the training league for October :)

Lovely - 7.25 miles round the roads - feeling fine and (touch wood) injury free.

Hmmm...poor today...my calves and lower back were very stiff and I just couldn't get into it. I was hoping to do a 10 miler today but cut it down to 6.75 miles.
