nightmare fell over hard, bumped head, scraped hands and bashed knee to bits, bloody city but its inside that it hurts the most, i'm now linmping, had to abandon run, nice man offered me money for bus but i had some anyway, bless him, he said he sees me running most morning, nice people in world

((SB)) Hope you are ok.
Mile reps today, four of them. Couldn't do them as fast as I would have liked because my stomach has not completely recovered from the bug of the other day. Started off with a 6:37, then a 6:45, then a 6:48 and finally a 6:50. My legs felt brilliant, my breathing was fine, but my stomach just got tighter and tighter. My heart rate was dropping for each rep and showed that I wasn't working at full power.

Wow TMW that is impressive! I'm hoping for 1000 by the last day of this year.
My run today was hard, but glad I did it. As always, the guilt of not going is far worse than the pain of getting out there.

....did 5k .ITB pain much less . loved it ...just loved it ..dont even care about slow...had music on ,sunshine on face ...great stuff .
