Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

((SB)) Hope you are ok.

Mile reps today, four of them. Couldn't do them as fast as I would have liked because my stomach has not completely recovered from the bug of the other day. Started off with a 6:37, then a 6:45, then a 6:48 and finally a 6:50. My legs felt brilliant, my breathing was fine, but my stomach just got tighter and tighter. My heart rate was dropping for each rep and showed that I wasn't working at full power.

Wow TMW that is impressive! I'm hoping for 1000 by the last day of this year.

My run today was hard, but glad I did it. As always, the guilt of not going is far worse than the pain of getting out there.
