Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

yes thx apart from think I have ITB 'issues'. Whole right leg/arse/knee area is a bit sore/tingly/numb/shooting pains. And my leg muscles are less fit than my heart. Other than that, perfect, thanks

Oh (((Jude))), Erm, get a massage, make sure you do ITB stretches often and properly. Maybe some leg strengthening exercises would do you good too. Most of all you need some quality sleep and make sure you are eating right. :-) Just a thought or two, take care. :-)

9.36 miles in about 1:38 around Richmond Park, was gaawjuss! I am beginning to think the 1:45 at the Cabbage Patch 10 is well in sight now. Hurrah! Time to taper for me now...no runs longer than 5 miles over the next 10 days.

7.2 miles in 51 minutes. A bit too fast really but I was racing a bus for the last .1.25 miles.

Paying for it now though as the calf is very tight
