Yes Ian, am agreeing with you that life isn't a dress rehersal and live life to the fullest, it is why am taking up other activities like latin american dance, belly dancing and street jazz dance and loving every minute of it!!
for me i think life is adventurous and i would love to sky dive one day!!

Funny you should mention skydiving Toks. A friend of mine asked me if I was interested in doing a parachute jump fro charity last night. I did one years ago but I think I might have another go
Toks, yes I like the Nike strap line.
Just been a nice 7.5 miles easy. Enjoyed it, de-stressed me I think I was going a bit stir crazy today.

While we're on the topic of straplines/slogans, "Impossible is nothing" does it for me. Ian - when you reach the finish line in your marathon (which you will do in great shape, judging by your training) then you'll get it!
