Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

B.B.
If they're 'very little' doesn't that make them perfect for carrying as weights while running?!

Today was meant to be slow, but not that slow! Definately just time on feet.

Though I'm moaning a lot, I'm still glad I went, it's all to easy to lay back in bed thinking I need more sleep. Now I just have to hype myself up to do my long run tomorrow. Normally I'd do it sunday (i'm kind of following a runners world training plan), but I have to travel to wales to spend three days doing a geophys survey. Do you think fast walking up and down multiple 20m squares on steep welsh hills (in the rain, no doubt) all day counts as cross training?!!

Thought as much. Unfortunately, it does mean i'll be be too knackered to run outside work hours. Luckly I'll be back with a vengeance thursday morning.

Not good for me at all. 1mile in and left heel suddenly hurt a lot, so much so had to give up and walk home.

NOt going to risk injury with 2 big races coming up, so will likely rest for a few days and see how it goes. exercise bike here I come.
