Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

14.19 miles at 7:27mm's. Longest run since marathon. Very warm day. And since 8 this morning Ive been excavating the garden into a skip using shovel and wheelbarrow. Needless to say, there wasnt much left in my legs. Had to stop at 14.19 miles, stretch, then walk the last mile and a bit home to loosen off.

Fekin' great running tho. 146 miles this month, 3 PB's and Ive got my average back above 100 per month again. :)

Well done Anthony a on the cycle ride. I ran just 3 miles this morning and was slowed down by the sun in my eyes, which was a novelty :)

Absolutely marvellous. 5 minute route record, new benchmarks from 7 to 10 miles. Chuffed as a chuffed thing. :)

Im beginning to think 14 miles was a bad idea. Maybe I should have had a walk in the afternoon and joined the slow group at the club tonight.

Nevermind, its done. I now know I can run a decent pace when knackered:)

Well chuffed meself actually. Hilly ten miler with 8x4 minute intervals chucked in at 'run 'til you wanna barf' pace and 2 minutes jog recovery. Finished off with a steady tempo pace back to the car. Nice! :-)

Covered the 10.35 miles in 1:22 and I stopepd for a pee so well chuffed. :-)
