Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

We’re off to see 28 Years Later on Friday. I had (another) refresh of the two earlier movies last month and I’m avoiding reviews.

Think I'm in for that one next week.

I got confused when I saw it was on at the cinema because I thought the little girl vampire one was called Ballerina. Apparently that was Abigail. And I thought Abigail was the creepy doll movie. Though I think that was actually Megan.

Abigail was Dracula's daughter. M3gan was the robot AI Coll but *not* Companion. Companion was brilliant. Abigail was fun. I watched M3gan which is more than most people did before slagging it off - I suspect the bloke in The Times saw the poster, decided he hated it and filed his copy accordingly.

Eli is the pre teen vampire in the Swedish Let The Right One In. Fab film. The Artifice Girl was very effective - Cherry? - she's an AI / robot too. :-) G

I think at this point someone has to say "Rachael is an experiment, nothing more", yes?

I think Bladerunner 2049 established pretty clearly that Deckard is Schrödinger's replicant.
