Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My 305 is a bit of a pain with the latest Garmin software. Either fails an upload or claims it's complete yet misses out various runs.
Uploaded everything a couple of days ago as my watch said it was nearly full, and did it a second time to make sure. Cleared the watch and then found my last couple of runs had vanished.

Actually, might be worth adding "try a different browser" to the troubleshooting notes - even if it just helps narrow down the cause of any issues.

Glad it's all working now, RMo3B!

Anyone found their 310 'losing' sessions?

This week my morning cycle commute has a time but no distance and my run tonight isn't in the history at all!

Anyone had anything similar?

oi you
My guess was that if you don't press "reset" at the end of one session and then start the next session before the 310 has got a satellite fix it will add the new session to the end of the previous one.
I now always reset after a run and try to ensure satellite fix before starting again - hasn't happened since.

Yeah, the "current" session doesn't appear in the training history on the device until I reset it (or do an upload).

Sorry, completely forgot about checking the file location - somebody remind me tonight!
