Also worth ensuring you've got the latest versions of the ANT software and Garmin Communicator Plugin (details in the Garmin article). That will fix a lot of 310XT problems for various peeps.

Be that as it may, Mr Fetch - I'm using old versions of both, but they work - and being as how they ain't broke I have no appetite for fixing them.

I'm just happy you're not on IE6 any more 
Srsly, I'm happy if that works. I do know that the ANY is more aggressive about updating itself, and that some combinations of the two cause problems. The latest of each work well for 310XT

Thanks , Well I deleted the lot last night and reinstalled so I assume it put the latest back on also last night I did that transfer all (from the watch) but will try again
Yes it's not worked since before Brighton marathon which is why it's saying 11th April

Transfer complete (pop up on training center)
Transfer was successful etc (message on garmin ant agent ) plus a pop up saying transfer complete to garmin connect
So no I go to FE and see if I can upload

nope gregP not at all ! could it be because my laptop is telling me that my verison of windows is not genuine recently? i have no idea why but it wants me to buy home premium for £79
