Garmin 310XT problems

I've been speaking to someone at Garmin, and they say that they can upload to Fetch just fine using ANT 2.3.2, Windows 7, IE8. They've asked for the following information: Mac or Windows computer? Operating system? Internet browser used and version? Does previous Garmin Ant Agent version work ok for upload from device? Device software version? (To find software version: 310xt - Main menu - settings - About Forerunner - Software version FR610 - Main menu - Set up - System - About - software version) Garmin Communicator Plugin version (you can find this on a PC under Start - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs) If you've got a 310XT and you're not experiencing problems, it would be good to see your system set up too, as this will help rule out certain problems. sprouty76 Jan 2012 10:53am, 4 Jan 2012 1,431 posts	0 sprouty76 I can upload fine - I'm on Firefox 9.01 on Windows XP, using the latest ANT Agent and Communicator plugin (for Firefox, obv) - I'm at work right now but I'll check the version nos for those when I get home. My watch is a 310XT with the old 3.20 firmware.
