I’m in awe of those who are at the top end of this challenge on running alone. Wee Beastie springs to mind. Just amazing. I’m not finding it easy and mine is at least 85% indoors biking on Zwift.

I did a mole on a hand bike last night. Very glad my gym has one as it makes a nice change sometimes, but it's not something I'd want to use all the time unless I was forced to do so by medical necessity.
