Challenge completed. Whilst I feel I’ve improved at all of them, and could easily increase the number of reps (and in fact often did) I’m so glad the limit was 10 burpees. I really can’t go above that. Thanks for the push Welshpoppy

I did do day 8 on Friday, no time yesterday and tired starting the day today. Planning to fit in the remaining days next week

RR I am so glad you enjoyed the challenge and completed it.Burpees are one of those exercises that is so good for us :)

I finished as well and enjoy the company.
