Hamilton was entertaining ![]() George got lucky with the safety car, otherwise he wasn't going to be ahead of Max. That said, he chose the hard tyres with that in mind so you make some of your own luck. When will Norris learn that T1/T2 is not the place to be alongside Max! No fault really on Max's part I didn't think, but with the massive pace advantage the McLaren in Miami they could have just followed him through. (Hard to do in practice of course, because everyone else is scrapping for the paces too, so maybe just better to rely on instinctive racing) |

Piastri shows fantastic patience - Iceman. Who was the coolest driver in old days? Räikkönen? ![]() |

Not F1, but tragic events at Oulton Park yesterday. Horrific for the risers, families, marshalls, spectators. I half thought about attending as it's only about 8 miles from home, very glad I didn't. A freak accident not doubt, but bikes are so dangerous.

Yeah heard that in news this morning. I thought with run offs and all the protective gear they'd made it sader but I guess shows motorsports still have a lot of danger. Tragic losses - 21 and 29 years old. ![]() |

In my student days I worked there quite often on race days and its a fun place so terrible to hear of a tragedy like this. |

so sad to hear about the Oulton Park news. Sad for everyone involved, thoughts are with families and friends of the two riders that have sadly passed away.

It was a very unusual accident it seems, not on a corner but on a straight so riders at full tilt hitting other bikes / riders that had come off. No amount of run off would have changed things I don't think.
