Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Forgot to mention tripping 5 weeks back and gouging deep holes in both hands.
Still not completely healed, in that you can still see where the skin patterns haven't come back. Not clever. Double not clever when regularly using hand sanitiser.

Badger, I feel your pain! I have a nice big bruise on my hip and the scrape on my hand was exacerbated by this mornings cycle :-S Good news is I didn't fall off my bike though :-)

I fell over on Monday last week and managed my first running face plant onto tarmac. The road rash has now gone from my face but there's still a bit of swelling inside my mouth where my teeth must have dug in. Last bit of arm grazing still there and crusty scab on my right palm. All else just about gone away now.

A lovely face plant today resulting in
1 badly grazed knee

1 slightly grazed knee
1 grazed thigh
1 slightly grazed palm
1 slightly scratched palm

All with added bruising, some looking likely to be spectacular.

Around 4k into a 10k run. But not much actual blood, so although there was a bail out point I kept going, which I'm pleased about.

I feel over a tree root on my run today about 1km in. My arm hurts.
