I am very lucky to be a lot more chilled out than I used to be. Life experience, plus getting a bit older. Also not sweating the small stuff, or anything that I can’t control.

However what I do know is that I dont fancy catching Covid. I guess if I did my chances of recovering are good. However I dont fancy a week to ten days of being impacted and with the possibility of long covid. On that basis I will happily do what I can avoid catching Covid. However I dont let it dictate my life or stop me doing what I want to do. That said someone close to me has at time suffered from anxiety and I know how bad that can be and how much an impact it can have

Nor "visiting coffee shops"(ie enjoying social interaction, good food). Touch of jealousy maybe, at two of many elements of a multi-faceted and fulfilling lifestyle maybe?

I'm certainly slightly anxious about that if I'm not anywhere near some handy bushes or undergrowth on a longer run. Luckily I usually am, and find itt much easier to clear my mind of worries when running out in the countryside.
