Dear all, Please note that we are aware that the WMS, Lightboard and Apollo are currently down and we are currently investigating. Request Tracker is also down meaning that tickets cannot be made to our Helpdesks at the moment. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this. Kind regards, |

Mud-like substance coming up from the flooring in the level A corridor Staff will have noticed issues with the vinyl flooring and a mud-like substance coming up from the flooring in the level A corridor, east wing, between the staff entrance doors leading past the staff changing rooms. The mud substance is from the latex and sub-surface that was under the vinyl flooring, which has been damaged during recent flooding. It is not anything worse. Next week, work will start - after 6pm and overnight - to remove the vinyl flooring. The corridor will NOT be suitable for use as a fire exit overnight during this process, the alternative overnight fire exit will be via the Estates corridor, which will be temporarily signed as such, or utilising progressive horizontal evacuation into a safe area as per normal practice. The floor will be left to dry for several days to ensure there are no other issues, prior to new flooring being installed. The floor surface will be uneven during the drying time, so staff should take extra care when walking through here. The same as above will apply when the flooring reinstallation process commences. |

Dear colleagues, Regrettably, both of our Meeting Owls are still missing. As a result, I have had to remove them from Booker and cancel all existing reservations. If you have any information about where they are incorrectly nesting, please contact me or return them to the FM office. Thank you |
