"Dear all

This is advance notice that there will be some work taking place in the West Court on Friday 3 May 2024.

Gonville and Caius have essential repairs to carry out on their Library and they need to dig a small hole in the area at the top of the ramp to the underground cycle store. This is to allow replacement of part of their lightning protection system. There will be some noise associated with the work but they will do all they can to minimise disruption.

The work will be completed that day.

The underground cycle store will be out of use for safety reasons while the work takes place.

As always, please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any queries and we will send a reminder next week.

As officers will know the way that we deal with public holidays and specifically the hours that any officers owed to the organisation as a result of not working changed from Christmas/New year onwards.
