My beloved Brompton bag is now my working from home bag - it's a magnificent thing. Haven't ridden the Brompton, I suppose, for over a year as I generally only rode it to commute on.

Yes. And OH has repaired it twice and I think put a new tube in so there must be something in the tyre.

Has anyone upgrade their Brompton wheels?

I've just sent mine in for a service (getting a new bottom bracket and chain) and was advised the front wheel bearings have gone and impacted the hub. I was given the choice between replacing the same wheel, or a slightly more expensive wheel that the bearings can be serviced & so better in the long run.

I don't use my Brompton daily, so am holding off on the wheel for now but thought if it needs replacing, I might look at options - maybe something lighter and get the rear done too. (or maybe just some time to cool off on this idea)

Not me. I still need to get mine serviced/puncture repaired. I'm enjoying the walk at the moment, so no incentive to get it done.
