1,240 and out! Won't run again now til New Year's Day. My third highest annual total in 39 years.
Been great watching how well everyone has been doing throughout the year and looking forward to watching those miles go by again next year.
With two days still to go I'm sure there'll be some changes on that leaderboard!

parkrunning tomorrow will be my swansong for the year. Not sure yet whether it will be incorporated into a longer outing though since there's snow all around us!

Well done everyone, attaining or beating their targets, and also for notching up their best ever mileage.
Hope you all had a very merry Christmas, and wishing you a happy and great running New Year.
I didn't run over the Christmas period, but did some dog walking with my daughter. Arrived home yesterday, but had intended leaving the day before. The heavy snow decided me not to drive.

On my second lot of antibiotics since the start of my Christmas holiday so not a lot of running going on!
Second lowest annual mileage since I started logging it and almost 500 fewer than last year.

How annoying MrsB. But sometimes, it happens. 2018 is another year....?
Yesterday's 7 miles snowy walk and this mornings icy run has done interesting things to my hip-related muscles.
And well, now I'm mildly frustrated.
parkrun was fun if (d)icy in places, as was the pre- and post- mileage. But (a) I'm 6 miles short of 100 miles (yes, and on the wrong thread too) and (b) I'd have to do 7.5 miles to get up one more place on the table! (Assumes no-one else jumps in and leapfrogs me!).
Either way, highest ever annual mileage, and a year of un(running)injured running. Can't be bad.

81 fewer than last year but 138 more than ten years ago.
Take care of that body Mrsb..hope you're ok very soon...
Very mild down here with temperatures of 10-12c for two days..with gales!

Completed the target on boxing day so I go a few day to easy up, now going to see if i can beat my second highest logged total which is 1016 so 10 miles to do in a day and half.
