Hills of Death (HOD)
I'm the man. Paced by Contro nice just shame it weren't 1 sec quicker. After 2 laps 2.57 3rd lap tough must of lost some time 4th lap hard couldn't muster much of a sprint. Just missed the sub 6.
Going to be in London for Easter, so fancy having a crack at the mile run.
Had a great afternoon. Good to meet the London Fetchies. Really pleased with 1st crack at the mile. Hope to make the next one.
Timing not racing.
Thankyou RFJ for the fantastic pacing.
I wanted to get close to my PB of 8:14, never in my wildest dreams did I think sub 8 was on the cards. One very very happy and bouncing off the walls SF!
ILL GIVE this ago, i havent done this before.
Hello Contro. I think I would have started too fast as well so I wouldn't have helped your pacing, but maybe we could have spurred each other on to a sub 5. Let me know when the next one is on and I'll be there. Well done HOD in your lung busting mile.
