Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

2nd win at NHTT ! :) Enjoyed. Held onto leader for first mile then pushed on, eased off in last mile when saw comfortable lead.
Got my sub 20 goal at long last!!
Arrived 10 mins before start, no warm up and felt like sh*t! Should have run slower but forgot that I'm not fit and ended up feeling like deaf after about a mile, cold was still pretty bad that day, my HR was way higher than it should be for that pace too.
Was a good day, not raining and not too hot, even enjoyable!
very happy as didnt really push it
warm up for reading mile.
Hopefully better weather so faster than last week please!!!! Whoops, Bobbi was running so a social was had.
Mr. K.
Maybe the legs were a bit stiff from the 14 miler on Friday, maybe in was the Santa suit that slowed me down, maybe still feeling the effects of a cold.....maybe I just need to run faster!!! Good race & nice turnout

Wasn't planning to run that fast today but when I saw Peter just ahead I couldn't resist catching him. Nice morning out with the Christmas theme :o)
A bit disappointed with time but I'll be back....
