About Me
Started running in 2006 to lose weight. So far I've lost 5 stones with 2 more to go. Well and truly got the running bug now. Train 5 or 6 times a week aiming to do at least 100 miles per month. Time targets for 2009 are half marathon sub 2 hours, 10k sub 50 mins, 5k sub 24 mins
