shannon didn't have a good run today, especially around 2-5k when rain came on into the breeze. at least i finished the last few k's ok (19:40 last 5k). fairly dull course and marshalling was numerous if a bit lacklustre. good to race as ever though and mental effort was reasonable to combat a tired body. the results were online superfast.
