5 min walk before starting the app, then 30/30s whilst Denise was telling me to brisk walk
Sooo windy! but sunny and weirdly warm, no chance keeping hr down so just ran ‘nicely’
30/30s for the 5 min cool down and then walked another 5 to get home via a bug.
Fetchpoint very neglected, might ignore it until I go -ve and then see what score I can get.
