Very sensible caution - hope there are no after-effects
Hurrah! Fingers crossed it’s the start of your recovery x
No after effects with the PF so far but an ache in another place
Yay for the no PF after effects, boo for the other ache.
Have at least a couple of days before you try the next run to give time for any PF symptoms to show.
I'll sure after 8 hours pounding the concrete warehouse floor this evening the PF may complain in the morning if not at the end of the shift.
