I’ll log the warm up and cool down walk separately. Longer than 5 minutes anyway!

Set off along the river nice and flat, turned left to join Le Petit Balcon Nord and loop back to Argentiere.
It got a bit steep going up then a bit steep going down :)
Then we joined the river again

So not totally flat and a bit long but I reckon we ran 30 minutes and hiked the rest (more or less) and it was at the same effort so it’s all good :)
