My poor knees... Am running for Mencap in the London Marathon (first time) and really want to do the London in less than 4 hours, so this run will hopefully give me an indicator of if what I am doing is right!! Please fell free to give me any tips. :-) Have just seen that this race is doing the same lap twice!!! I am not looking forward to this at all now. :-( UPDATE: Horrible horrible run. Never again. Would have preferred one long lap rather than 2 short laps, followed by 2 long ones!!! Mustn't complain too much, as this is my best time ever for a half. :-) Apart from the course (that I hated), it was well organised and the atmosphere was great, with some helpful commentary by the MC. Special mention to John Winters who seemed to be a celebrity on the course (everyone knew him): well done on your time and hope your injury is behind you mate.
