Doonhamer Plan to use the race as last long run before Edinburgh and will do as 10 miles easy, 6 miles steady, 6 miles at TMP Update : Ran almost as planned took the first 10 miles easy then ran 5 miles steady, 5 miles at TMP and finished with two easy miles. . RichyC Did this run last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. Again using it as prep for Edinburgh Marathon so won't be properly racing but plan to be quicker than last year. UPDATE: So much for taking it easy. 2.36.32 - 30th place. 18mins quicker than last year. Ran pretty much at planned marathon pace and felt great. Well organised and really enjoyable race.
