CaptainDad Watch time was 42:36 which is a new best so very pleased. The start was really crowded as were the first 3k due to the narrow paths. The field stretched and opend up and I managed to tick along nicely. Went passed Jamie Baulch who was struggling with cramp on about 7km. smash Doing this as part of a work team - better do some training! Update - didn't go well. The corporate teams could start just behind the elites, but I didn't want to make myself unpopular, so I went to the back, and spent the first 2k weaving and clipping heels and elbows. By the time we got onto Cathedral Road I was tired, and had to stop and walk through the water station. It was also very hot.
