It's only Wednesday westmoors!
I Garminned a walk to and from the doctors' surgery yesterday then it wouldn't upload, and cycled a lot of errands today (in and out of the square by different routes) so it all uploaded together - eventually. However, I won't get points in the squares I did both today and yesterday.
I have a short run to the gym to upload, but it's not connecting and now T2 has the computer.

Sorry to hear about the bike Logopetria. Whilst outright running beats biking imho, as a runner, if you can jump on a bike it gives a definite advantage.
Anyway, shouldn’t you be tapering ? I can’t stress enough how important it is 😉

I've decided not to do the Swindon 10k on Sunday -- I'd signed up for it as a PB attempt, but I'm not feeling in anything like PB condition. I'll take advantage of my inevitable WSW defeat this week as an opportunity to go for a free meandering long run on Sunday, rather than my usual on-grid weaving and winding route.

Nothing quite like waking up and finding that you opponent has run 19 miles on grid, including all the squares you could be running in (G'day JCB). So i need 2 runs and 2 bike rides just to stand still.

I had to up my game, Chrisity (and I thought you weren't going to do much in-grid activity this week? ). My run of 22k on Wednesday, going through 96 squares (I had planned 98 but didn't run far enough), wasn't enough to catch up (103 - 88 down). And then you went and did 2 more runs and 3 rides (115 - 65 down).
Not sure how many squares my run today was but it was longer, 25k, and got my nose ahead. From 115 - 65 down to 86 - 104 up.
