And actually, most of the IT problems are of the Cuddy variety anyway. Retards.

Fragile Do Not Bend
Most of the IT problems I have to deal with are due to members of the public who are too stupid to use a computer. If they actually read what's on the screen and devoted a couple of brain cells to processing that information, that would sort out about 80% of 'problems'.

The obsession in the media about Brad and Angelina's divorce. I don't give the tiniest shit.

I am an Accountant. I am not techie. But I am in my early thirties and have a brain so do get asked to help resolve IT issues.
I can't win, I either can't fix it or when I do they just go, so you just reset the computer? Yes, yes I did. It's fixed you monkey does it matter what I did?

Atonal Miserabilist (AFKA TRO)
When you try and book something on line.....and you get all the way through to the end and are offered a check out as guest/log in as member. You choose guest and then get told you can't do that as they 'have your details' and you have to log on. You try and your 'usual' password is wrong.
You then apply for a password reset and when that's done you log in and ALL YOUR FUCKING BOOKING DETAILS ARE GONE. You re-input and then are told you already have a similar booking WHICH YOU CAN'T FUCKING FIND.
Simple booking, 45 minutes of my life gone. Grrrrrrr.

In line with the IT issues above:
Repeatedly pressing the key will not make it work/appear faster. All it does is make the computer repeat the process multiple times thereby potentially slowing down the response - Doh!
(OH does this. Drives me up the wall)
