You choose guest and then get told you can't do that as they 'have your details' and you have to log on. You try and your 'usual' password is wrong. You then apply for a password reset and when that's done you log in and ALL YOUR FUCKING BOOKING DETAILS ARE GONE. You re-input and then are told you already have a similar booking WHICH YOU CAN'T FUCKING FIND. Simple booking, 45 minutes of my life gone. Grrrrrrr.
