My friend is annoyed about a chap who burns plastic in the lane behind their house at night to get the copper wires out of the middle to sell. He's complained to environmental health but they'll only come out when it's happening. There are 2 people on in the whole of Bristol at night and my pal can get no answer when he rings their office because they're out attending to other things. Environmental crimes are on the rise and no wonder.

People who live in luxurious homes and have all the trappings of affluent modern society complaining that they can't afford basic stuff. Sell your fucking houses then or pawn your ipads.

The "Vote Leave" referendum broadcast which has just been on. I only caught part of it, but that thing you read sometimes of someone so enraged they smash their own tv? I was heading towards that.
If you are going to tell a lie, make it a big one and keep repeating it. "We send £350 million to Europe every week and we could build a hospital a week for that." Vote leave and save Winston Churchill's NHS from all those other dirty foreigners who want to join the EU and steal even more of your money. From the peoplewho have been steadily trying to dismember and sell off the NHS to their cronies. From the people who, lets face it, fucking hate me and you. Even by the standards of self-serving, weasel-worded fucking scumbags they are reaching a new low.

I saw a cyclist today with a huge, neatly painted sign on the back of his bike perpetuating the 60% OF OUR LAWS COME FROM EUROPE myth. If he'd spent as much time fact-checking as painting...

Dvorak - politics aside, I've just watched the same broadcast and thought that it was so shoddily made that I reckon I could have done a better job on my phone! The hospital waiting room bit was just weird ... and then to repeat the first couple of minutes of the film at the end ... didn't really convince me to vote "Leave" #onthefence

Their leaflets weren't much better, I'm sure my kids could have come up with something more professional looking which didn't sound like it was translated straight from the back of a fag packet

One of my colleagues, if he doesn't get a pretty much instant reply to his (really not very important) emails, will either send another email whining about how you haven't replied to the first email, or just resend the original email.
I cannot express how much this makes me want to go to his office (which is 50m down the corridor, FFS), and throw something heavy at him.

Nice Mazlin. What kind of low level subject matter are we talking?

Latest example: 'I put these codes on my reports to help us search when we audit. What codes do you use?'
Nice to know. Does not need 3 fecking reminders within an hour.
