Its not very sociable though, is it? I only minded the presumption that they were entitled to occupy the full space to the detriment off others.
And on the roads, I'd rather pass a group of cyclists riding abreast than have to overtake a long train of single-file riders. Much safer to perform one quick overtake than a long slow one

Cyclists are legally allowed to ride 2 abreast and it is actually easier for cars to overtake.
I hate pavements with lines on that are not really cycle lanes I hate walkers who refuse to move over when as a single cyclist I am coming along
I hate cycle lanes I hate motorists who don't give room to cyclists I hate people who do not understand the highway code I hate cyclist who have no manners I hate the way roadies and mtb riders are not more polite to each other
I am on a roll now

I may have misrepresented anywhere. I meant pavements and bridle tracks when running.

The universal assumption that everyone loves the sodding Premiership.
Almost as annoying as the perception that I need to know the state of the FTSE and the £ every hour.

Nettles. Especially the one that stung my leg about three hours ago. It fells like something is crawling up and down my calf now. (There isn't, I checked.)

Lidl - yes it's cheap, but it also has unhelpful checkout staff, two types of trolley which causes problems when getting your pound coin back and doesn't always have the items you want.

Whatever it is that is causing my right eyelid to be all swollen and irritable. I'm sick to death of winking at the living room - good job I'm not at work tomorrow to be winking at my colleagues...

I'd get that eye checked out, JK, especially if there's a foreign body in there.

Yup. I'm going to see what it looks like in the morning, and then perhaps take it off to an opticians if it's still misbehaving...
