People who appear to enjoy throwing names and assumptions around about complete strangers just because said strangers challenged a pattern of apparently aggressive behaviour toward other complete strangers from the safety of their tin box/keyboard.
This forum is an entirely friendly, welcoming and tolerant place btw but after a point, people will call you out on *stupid shit that you might do*. Those of us who have been here a while have learnt to take the blog flack and move on rather than remove the blogs/comments that don't suit.

I'm not sure what you mean? This is not a discussion forum. I am a cyclist and am obviously concerned about other cyclist's who cycle erratically. I recently posted a blog about a dangerous cyclist where I quoted "How would they like it if a car driver drove like they cycled, trying to knock a few seconds off their time" every time then went out the door, and the whole thing turned into a witch hunt. I probably could have titled it better, but was intending to shock and hoped people would learn from it.
The name calling and offensive comments made me think it is best to remove that blog which I did.
I am entitled to be upset about things, especially when I thought the responses I get would help me to deal with the situation, but it seems everyone wants to fight me.
Can we just leave it that I thought the person was irresponsible for nearly killing themselves and I am entitled to that view, otherwise this could end up turning into a 50 post thread and could end up getting nasty. As I said I could have probably worded it better but I was upset at the time and have deleted the blog, as the last thing I want to do is offend fellow cyclists. Is that ok?
