This pregnant woman has 8 x 2L bottles of diet coke for a party which can be quite heavy so she puts them in a trolly. Is told she can't pay for her 8 items because it is "baskets only" but the guy behind with 28 items in his basket is fine. How is that faster? Change "baskets only" to "10 items or less". It is definitely not quicker.

Justdistracted - I used to be exactly the same, infact I once statd to a lady in ASDA ,that they were putting people out of work and didn't help + you have to be a dab hand at scanning things into the machine. Anyway I've persevered and found them very useful early morning / late at night. Another thing to check of my bucket least of things to achieve, before I die

Then they ask you how are you going to pay and you still have at least 10 items to pack away.
