Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

agghhh Parent and Child parking.

How come the man with two ASBO teenagers in his car and also the woman with a 10 year old who can run faster than me are allowed to park right by the front door, but a couple of pensioners (being old is not a disability) had to park at the far end of the car park.

I tend to find that the Parent & Child parking is often used by people without any children in the car. There are usually too many bays set aside for disabled people, most of which are empty while the rest of us have difficulty finding a space elsewhere.

It's probably one of the most abused parking rules ever. No spaces set aside for pregnant or elderly but priority parking for families. It doesn't make sense.

I did however park in one once when I was about 30, but I was with my mum so it was allowed. :-)

:-) My 10 year old tells me the same thing and he is very capable of walking from car to shop, so when does it stop?

Blue Badge holders (or should I say their relatives) do abuse the system by using them when the elderly or disabled person isn't even there.

Actually am I allowed to retract stuff. Socks with Sandals don't actually grind my gears, they just make me laugh. And to be fair I've never met nasty person who wears socks with sandals.
