Only room for one vehicle but there are passing places. A car comes the other way and is near the passing place, he waits for me and we both pass each other and I thank him. Next passing place a cyclist coming towards me cycles past the passing place heads straight at me and then starts waving at me to move over and get out of the way. I have nowhere to move to without going in a ditch and I miss him by inches after scraping the side of a bush. If cars wait for each other at passing places why is it that a cyclist won't? I usually stay to the side or slow down. He was on a road bike covered in as much lycra as you like, sports goggles, the lot, and would let nothing get in the way of his training. It seems he would rather have died than have to stop or slow down for 10 seconds. If you are reading this, and I hope you are, you are a total twat and you give decent cyclists a bad name.

Though I agree that it wasn't exactly world shattering news. Its like the Nepalese earthquake though. Whole villages wiped out and we heard most about a few dozen climbers at Everest base camp.
