Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Did you mean the people who are oblivious to the effect of their actions on other people Teaboy?

These people are even wandering about on foot doing it, displaying behaviours like stopping suddenly (especially at tops of escalators), walking and looking in different directions, walking 4 abreast and blocking the path, walking whilst waving a lit cigarette, I could go on...

As for as the people I come across daily, they don't even have to be in a vehicle to have a lack of self-awareness.

Usually wandering aimlessly across the pavement, leaving a shop/building without being aware that people are actually passing by, stopping abruptly to look at their toy (mobile phone, MP3, etc), obstructing the doors on public transport, etc, etc, etc.

Websites that smother all the available space with adverts making the site so heavy it barely loads. which surely defeats the object of having the adverts there in the first place.

Right now the Moonwalk. It's past ten o'clock, their "base camp" is nearly a mile away, there are several blocks of solid stones flats and houses in the way, my windows are shut and the tv is on. And all I can bloody here is their fucking music and shouty voiceover man. FFS. And they have the nerve to complain online how "some people" have made it so hard for them to have an event in Edinburgh.... Mmm, wonder why.
